The rules for using Wealthora Bet, including who can play, your wallet, placing bets, how bets are settled, and withdrawals.
1. Who we are and what we do
Wealthora Bet is an online betting platform. Members can hold a wallet balance, place bets on sports fixtures at the odds shown, and withdraw their balance.
Betting is entertainment, not a way to earn an income or to invest. Nothing on the platform is financial advice.
2. Who can open an account
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to bet legally where you live. Betting by anyone under 18 is prohibited. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any time and may suspend the account until we receive it.
You must give accurate information, keep your login details secret, and tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One person may hold one account. Duplicate, shared or automated accounts may be closed and their bets cancelled.
You may not use Wealthora Bet where online betting is not lawful, or if you have asked to be excluded from betting.
3. Your wallet
Your Funding wallet holds money you deposit and money you win. Your Reward wallet holds bonuses and referral rewards and is kept separate. Every movement is recorded in a ledger you can see under Transactions.
Deposits are credited only after the payment is confirmed. We do not offer credit. You can bet only with money already in your wallet.
From time to time the platform may offer a demo balance of play money for practice. Demo money has no cash value and cannot be deposited, withdrawn or exchanged.
4. Placing a bet
A bet is placed when we confirm it and show you a bet reference. The odds are fixed at that moment, and your stake is taken from your wallet straight away. A placed bet cannot be cancelled or changed by you.
Odds can change at any time before your bet is confirmed. If the odds change while you are choosing, we will show you the new odds and ask you to confirm again.
Betting on a fixture closes at its scheduled start time, or earlier if we stop betting on it. Minimum and maximum stakes, the maximum number of picks, and the maximum payout for a single bet are shown on the bet slip and may change.
An accumulator wins only if every pick in it wins. You can have one pick per fixture in a bet.
5. How bets are settled
Bets are settled on the official result at the end of normal time unless the market says otherwise. Winnings, including your stake, are paid into your Funding wallet when the fixture is settled.
If a fixture is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, picks on it are made void. A single bet is refunded. In an accumulator the void pick is removed and the bet continues on the remaining picks at their odds.
If we make an obvious error, for example odds that are clearly wrong or a fixture offered after it has started, we may void the affected bets and return the stakes.
6. Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of your Funding wallet balance once your identity has been verified. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid and are sent only to an account in your own name.
We may delay or refuse a withdrawal while we check for fraud, error, or a breach of these terms.
7. Fair play
You must not cheat, collude with others, use inside information, exploit errors, or try to manipulate the outcome of an event. We may void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts where we reasonably believe this has happened, and report it to the authorities.
8. Safer gambling
Bet only what you can afford to lose. If betting stops being fun, stop. You can ask us at any time to pause or close your account. See our Responsible Gambling page for help.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. Bets are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
