Anyone aged 18 or older. One account per person. We check your age and identity before any withdrawal is paid, and accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed.

Open Sports, tap the odds for the outcome you want, enter your stake in the bet slip and press Place bet. The odds are locked in when the bet is placed. You'll find it under My Bets straight away.

Several picks from different matches on one bet. The odds multiply together, so it pays more, but every pick has to win. If one of the matches is cancelled, that pick drops out and the rest of the bet carries on.

While real-money betting is switched off, everyone bets with a demo balance of play money to practise. It can't be deposited, withdrawn or exchanged for real money.

Open Wallet and choose Deposit. Depending on what is available you can pay by bank transfer, by card or bank through Paystack, or with crypto. Bank transfers and crypto are credited after our team confirms the payment arrived.

Bank transfers and crypto deposits are checked by a person against the bank statement or the blockchain, usually within a few hours. If yours is taking longer, start a chat and include your reference (a DEP-, PAY- or CRY- code, or your bank's session ID).

Open Wallet, fill in the Withdraw form and submit it. The amount is held from your Funding wallet while our team reviews the request. If it's approved it is paid to the bank account or wallet you gave; if not, the money goes back to your Funding wallet in full.

The law requires betting operators to know who they pay and that every member is 18 or over. Verification is done once, from your Profile page. It asks for your date of birth and a government ID number.

You have two-step login switched on, so every withdrawal needs a fresh 6-digit code from your authenticator app. That way nobody can take money out with your password alone.

Someone who runs a Wealthora Bet counter. An agent can open an account for you, add cash you pay them to your wallet, place a bet for you and give you a ticket, and pay you cash from your wallet.

Pay the agent in cash and give them the phone number or email on your account. They send the same amount to your Funding wallet and you get a notification straight away. Don't leave the counter until you see it.

Open Wallet, choose "Collect cash from my agent" and enter the amount. That amount is held from your wallet and you get an 8-digit code that lasts 30 minutes. Show it to your agent at the counter; when they accept it they pay you in cash. If the code isn't used, or you cancel it, the money comes back to your wallet. Your identity must be verified first, the same as for a bank withdrawal.

No. Money only leaves your wallet for an agent when you make a cash code and the agent enters that exact code. Never give a cash code to anyone before you are at the counter and ready to be paid.

Sign in with the temporary password they gave you, change it in Settings straight away, and verify your identity from your Profile so you can withdraw.

Ending an open bet early for an amount we offer, instead of waiting for the result. The offer depends on how the odds have moved since you placed the bet, and can be more or less than your stake. Cashing out is final: you get nothing more if the bet would have won. Bets placed with a free bet can't be cashed out.

Cash out is only offered while betting on every remaining match in the bet is open. It disappears when a match kicks off (unless it has live betting), while betting on a match is paused, or if cash out is switched off.

Extra winnings on accumulators with 5 or more picks: 5 picks +5%, 6 +8%, 7 +10%, 8 +15%, 9 +20%, 10 +25%. Only picks at odds of 1.20 or more count. The boost is paid on your winnings, not your stake, and is shown in the bet slip before you place the bet. If a pick is cancelled and fewer than 5 qualifying picks win, the boost for the lower number applies.

A 6-character code that saves the picks on a bet slip. Share it and anyone can load the same picks into their own slip. A code saves the picks only: each person sets their own stake, and gets the odds showing when they place their bet.

Betting on a match while it is being played, on matches marked LIVE. Live bets take about 5 seconds to confirm. If the odds change or betting is paused in that time, for example after a goal, the bet is not placed and nothing is taken from your balance.

The picks on that match are made void. A single bet gets its stake back. In an accumulator the pick drops out and the rest of the bet continues at the remaining odds.

Yes. The bet slip shows the stake range and refuses a bet that could pay more than the maximum payout. We may also limit how much we accept on one outcome.

A free bet is a stake we pay for. Choose it under "Pay with" in your bet slip. If the bet wins you keep the winnings; the free bet amount itself is not paid back. If it loses, it costs you nothing.

Each free bet shows a minimum total odds and a use-by date. It must be used in one go on one bet, it can't be cashed out, withdrawn or split, and an unused free bet disappears after its date. If your bet is cancelled, the free bet is given back.

Share your link from the Referrals page. When a friend signs up with it, verifies their identity and makes a qualifying first deposit, a reward is paid into your Reward wallet, once per friend. Referring yourself or accounts you control isn't allowed.

A second lock on your account. After your password you enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and Authy are free). Turn it on under Settings. Even someone who learns your password can't sign in or withdraw without your phone.

Use one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned two-step login on: each works once in place of the 6-digit code. If you've lost those too, contact support. We'll check who you are before resetting it.

Under Settings → Alerts you can switch on push alerts for the device you're using, and choose email or SMS alerts where those are available. Everything is always listed under Notifications too.

On the sign-in page choose "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a link to set a new one. The link works once and expires after 30 minutes.

Yes. Under Safer Gambling you can set limits on how much you deposit (per day, week or month), how much you stake per day and how much you can lose per week. A lower limit applies immediately. Raising or removing a limit only takes effect after 24 hours.

Under Safer Gambling choose a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Until it ends you can't bet or deposit, but you can still withdraw. A time-out can be made longer but not shorter.

A long lock-out you choose yourself: 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. You can't bet or deposit until it ends, and it can't be cancelled or shortened by you or by our team. You can still withdraw your money.
