What personal information Wealthora Bet collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
Identity checks: the type of ID you submit and the last four characters of its number, plus the result of the check.
Activity: deposits, withdrawals, bets and their results, rewards, support messages, and security records such as sign-in times and IP addresses.
2. Why we use it
To run your account and wallet, take and settle your bets, and pay withdrawals.
To confirm you are 18 or over and who you say you are, to prevent fraud and money laundering, and to meet our legal and licence obligations.
To support safer gambling, for example by honouring a request to pause or close your account.
To contact you about your account. We send marketing only where you have agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with
Payment providers that process your deposits and withdrawals, identity-verification providers, and service providers that host the platform for us.
Regulators, law enforcement and sports integrity bodies where the law or our licence requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How long we keep it
We keep account, transaction and betting records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period the law requires.
5. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account. Some records must be kept by law even after an account is closed.
